Set up and link accounts

When you install the Buy with Prime app for Shopify, you normally set up and link your accounts, but if you didn’t do it during app installation, you can still do it now.

Note: You need an account for Buy with Prime. If you don’t have an account, go to Sign up for an account for Buy with Prime.

If you have an account for Buy with Prime, follow this workflow:

Note: When you complete the set up and link accounts process, go to the next step Match your products or go back to the Buy with Prime app for Shopify main menu.

Set up Buy with Prime

On the Shopify Admin side menu, choose Buy with Prime.
Find the three steps under Add Buy with Prime to your site.
Note: If step 1, Set up Shopify payments is not complete, go to Activate payments.
On the Set up and link your Buy with Prime account step, choose Set up.
You have two choices to sign in:
- Sign in with Amazon - Choose this option if you recently signed up for Buy with Prime with your Seller Central, Multi-Channel Fulfillment or other Amazon account.
- Sign in with email - Choose this option if you didn’t signed up for Buy with Prime with your Seller Central, Multi-Channel Fulfillment or other Amazon account.
Enter your email address and password, and then choose Sign in.
Wait for Buy with Prime to connect to your Shopify account.
To allow Buy with Prime and Shopify to share data, choose Authorize.
Enter your business details:
- Business type: From the drop-down menu, select a business type.
- Legal business name: This is the official name of your business as it appears on tax forms.
- Registered business address: You must be a merchant with a US based entity to use Buy with Prime.
- Address: Street, city, zip code, and state.
- Business phone number: Your business phone number in the US.
Choose Continue.

Link your Seller Central or Multi-Channel Fulfillment accounts to Buy with Prime

To connect your Seller Central or Multi-Channel Fulfillment account to Buy with Prime, on the Link accounts page, choose Link your account.

Note: If you have multiple accounts, link the one that has the same products you want to use for Buy with Prime.
Note: By selecting Link your account, you agree to connect your Seller Central or Amazon Supply Chain account to Buy with Prime. You can unlink your account by contacting merchant support.
Enter your Seller Central details, and then choose Sign-In.
To authorize Amazon to fulfill Buy with Prime orders placed on your site, choose Activate Amazon Fulfillment.
Your accounts are linked, choose Continue.
Choose Go to Shopify to return to the Buy with Prime app on Shopify to match your Shopify products with your Amazon SKUs and activate Buy with Prime for your products.

On your Shopify Admin, your first two steps show as complete.
