Maintenance options after setting up MCF and/or Buy with Prime using the Multichannel Fulfillment app for Shopify

You can return to the Multichannel Fulfillment app for Shopify after you’ve completed setup to take the following maintenance actions:

  1. Setup and catalog management
    • Manage product catalog: Update SKU mapping or change service selections. For MCF with Prime merchants, use the per-SKU Prime On/Off toggle to control which products offer Prime shipping. Use the Manage Prime bulk action on the SKU mapping page to update multiple SKUs at once.
Note: Under Manage Prime, turning Prime off for all SKUs effectively deactivates MCF with Prime for your store. When no SKUs have Prime enabled, the Amazon: Prime members get fast shipping rate is automatically removed from your Shopify checkout.
    • Configure shipping options: Select the default MCF speed and map MCF speeds to shipping rates. For MCF with Prime, the Amazon: Prime members get fast shipping rate is automatically added when one or more SKUs have Prime enabled. This rate appears alongside your other configured shipping rates at checkout. For Buy with Prime, an Amazon Prime shipping rate is automatically added.
    • Manage orders: You can view Buy with Prime orders and MCF orders in your Shopify admin. MCF with Prime orders appear on the Shopify orders page with the Amazon: Prime members get fast shipping method so that you can identify the orders alongside your other orders. Buy with Prime orders appear with the Amazon Prime shipping method, as well as a Buy with Prime tag.
    • Add, edit, or remove countries: View countries where you’re using MCF and Buy with Prime, and connect additional countries.
    • Manage MCF account in Seller Central
    • Manage Buy with Prime in merchant console (Buy with Prime only) — For MCF with Prime merchants, you don’t need to create a Buy with Prime account nor use the Buy with Prime merchant console. All MCF with Prime management occurs in the Multichannel Fulfillment app for Shopify and your Shopify admin.
