Products must meet specific eligibility requirements to display Sustainability features on your direct-to-consumer website. If a product appears in the Not eligible tab, the reason is listed alongside it. Below are the four ineligible reasons, what each means, and steps to resolve.

For more information, go to Prerequisites and then the “qualify your products for Climate Pledge Friendly” section.
- Not brand owner for the product: Sustainability features only display for products where you are the verified brand owner. To resolve, register your products in Amazon Brand Registry and assign the Brand Representative role accordingly.
- Product does not have an ASIN: Sustainability features require that each product be associated with an active Amazon Standard Identification Number (ASIN). To resolve, ensure the product is listed in your Amazon catalog in either Seller or Vendor Central and that the product SKU on Amazon matches the product SKU in your Buy with Prime catalog.
- Product not buyable on Amazon.com: Sustainability features only display for products that are actively available for purchase on Amazon.com. Products that are inactive or out of stock aren’t eligible. To resolve this, review the product’s listing status in Seller or Vendor Central. For more information, go to Inventory visibility.
