Maintain Amazon payments in Shopify for Buy with Prime

To use Buy with Prime, you need to set up Amazon Pay in Shopify Payments. This step is a part of the Buy with Prime onboarding through the Multichannel Fulfillment app for Shopify.

Buy with Prime shoppers check out with payment information from their Amazon account. Payments are then processed and disbursed through Shopify Payments.

• If you’re already using Shopify Payments, skip to Set up Amazon Pay as a Wallet.
• If you haven’t set up Shopify Payments, go to Shopify Payments (in the Shopify help center) for the latest configuration instructions.

To set up Amazon Pay in Shopify payments:

1. During onboarding, as part of step 1 on the Add Buy with Prime to your site menu, click Set up.
2. In the Shopify payments section, click Manage.
3. Click Manage Payment Methods.
4. In the Wallets section, select Amazon Pay.
5. Click Save.

1. On the Shopify Admin, choose Settings, and then Payments.
2. To activate Amazon Pay as a Wallet, choose the checkbox for Amazon Pay, and then choose Sign in to activate. You have two options:
   
   • If you see an alert under the Shopify Payments title that says: Activate Amazon Pay Wallet to continue Buy with Prime set up, choose Activate.
   • If you don’t see an alert to activate Amazon Pay Wallet, go to Wallets and choose Activate next to Amazon Pay.
3. You’re prompted to sign into your Seller Central or Multi-Channel Fulfillment account. If you don’t have an account, go to Seller Central or Multi-Channel Fulfillment account.

1. In Shopify Admin, choose Settings, and then Payments.
2. Choose Wallets, and then verify if Amazon Pay has a check mark next to it that indicates that it’s active.

If Amazon Pay isn’t active, and you want to activate it, follow the steps in Set up Amazon Pay as a Wallet.

1. In Shopify Admin, choose Settings, and then Payments.
2. Go to Wallets.
3. Deselect Amazon Pay. You see Amazon Pay deactivated as a Wallet in Shopify Payments.
