You can check product inventory in Shopify or Seller Central. The MCF and Buy with Prime app for Shopify syncs only Amazon inventory that is available for immediate fulfillment.
Check product inventory in Shopify
Use Shopify to view inventory quantities for the Amazon fulfillment location.
To check inventory for all products
- Sign in to your Shopify admin.
- In the navigation menu, choose Products.
- Choose Inventory.
- For the Amazon fulfillment location, view the quantities in the Available, Unavailable, and On hand columns.
To check inventory for one product
- Sign in to your Shopify admin.
- In the navigation menu, choose Products.
- Choose the product that you want to check.
- In the Inventory section, view the inventory quantity for each variant at the Amazon fulfillment location.
Note: The app syncs only Amazon inventory that is available for immediate fulfillment as Available inventory at the Amazon fulfillment location in Shopify. The On hand quantity in Seller Central is a broader total that includes units in multiple inventory states, including FC Transfer. The app does not sync units in FC Transfer as Available until Amazon receives them at the destination fulfillment center. After Amazon receives the units and their status changes to Available, the app updates the quantity in Shopify.
