The Buy with Prime Partner Program honors five exceptional partners at the 2024 Partner Growth Summit.

We’re thrilled to announce the winners of the inaugural 2024 Partner Awards. These awards celebrate the contributions of partners that have demonstrated excellence in leveraging Buy with Prime and Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to help drive success for merchants through creative problem-solving and outstanding implementations. Each winner has played a pivotal role in driving innovation, supporting customer success, and shaping the future of ecommerce. The winners across four categories were announced at the annual Partner Growth Summit in Seattle, Washington, on September 16.

The winners were selected based on a combination of nomination submissions and data-driven evaluations using the following key criteria:

  • Commitment to customers: Demonstrating a deep understanding of and dedication to meeting merchant needs
  • Impact of solutions: Tangible benefits and successes resulting from the partner’s initiatives
  • Exemplary use of Buy with Prime or MCF: Creative and effective implementation of Buy with Prime or MCF to help drive merchant success
  • Innovation and creativity: Developing innovative solutions or strategies to address customer challenges

Now, let’s take a look at the 2024 Buy with Prime Partner Award winners and the reasons that they stood out.

Innovation Partner of the Year: MMX

The Innovation Partner of the Year award celebrates a partner that has developed groundbreaking solutions or strategies using Buy with Prime or MCF. MMX has excelled in bringing automation and efficiency to the merchant onboarding process, reducing friction and enhancing the customer experience.

MMX’s standout achievements include the creation of a merchant intake form that automates communication with brands, follow-ups, and conclusion emails. The team also developed an Echo form for post-case feedback, both fully automated. In addition, their expertise in activating Buy with Prime for merchants with large portfolios has removed blockers for key merchants. MMX’s Buy with Prime Partner page simplifies the onboarding process, making it easy for all types of merchants to schedule a consultation and integrate Buy with Prime. MMX’s dedication to streamlining processes and improving customer experiences makes it a well-deserved recipient of this award.

Best Merchant Activation: Incrementum Digital

The Best Merchant Activation award celebrates creative and effective implementation of Buy with Prime that drives merchant success. This year’s winner, Incrementum Digital, turned a simple podcast into a sharable social media sensation.

Recorded at Shoptalk, Incrementum Digital produced unique content about Buy with Prime that was transformed into a long-form video and a series of engaging soundbites for LinkedIn and email campaigns. Incrementum’s efforts helped generate impressive leads and merchant launches, proving the power of strategic content activation. The team’s dedication to maximizing the impact of Buy with Prime through creative execution earned them this award.

Customer Obsession Award: Pattern

The Customer Obsession award honors a partner that has consistently demonstrated deep dedication to understanding and meeting the needs of merchants. Pattern has embodied this principle by always starting with the customer and working backward, ensuring that merchant trust is earned and maintained through every interaction.

This year’s recipient has shown exceptional commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences. Thanks to Pattern’s efforts, its customer Brumate successfully launched Buy with Prime in just a few weeks after Pattern facilitated the initial merchant meeting. And that’s only one example. This partner has connected us with many other incredible merchants, each supported by their dedicated Account Manager. We truly appreciate working with a partner that has its customers’ interests at heart, consistently striving to bring innovation and new opportunities to its customers.

Agency Partner of the Year: Power Digital

The Agency Partner of the Year award celebrates a partner that has delivered significant contributions to revenue growth for Buy with Prime and MCF through merchant support. This partner has gone beyond driving leads and launches—it has also demonstrated exceptional commitment to ensuring long-term merchant success through thoughtful activations and unparalleled support. When we think of a partner that is invested and eager to help drive growth for its clients, and delivers meaningful results, Power Digital is a perfect example.

This partner has built and executed multistage go-to-market plans that included internal enablement, account reviews, webinars, newsletter inclusions, and in-person merchant events. We’ve leaned into curated merchant events where we co-host their existing clients as a thank-you, and also as a chance to educate the merchants on how they might expand their business using new tools from Amazon. The team’s creative problem solving and dedication to building strong merchant relationships have been key to the success of Buy with Prime merchants.

Technology Partner of the Year: Pipe17

The Technology Partner of the Year award celebrates a partner that has significantly contributed to merchant success through thoughtful activations and exemplary support.

Pipe17 has been an exceptional partner, working closely with Amazon to not only improve MCF services, but also simplify processes for merchants. It’s done this through one of its superpowers: an eagerness to adopt and test new Amazon product releases. The Pipe17 team’s commitment to innovation and collaboration has made a noticeable impact on our businesses and on our shared customers.
