6. What's the returns experience like for customers?

To make life easier for you and shoppers, Buy with Prime provides automated returns and refunds that streamline the experience from the time a customer submits a return request, to when they get their refund.  To start the return process, shoppers open their order confirmation email, choose "Order details" (to see the online returns center), then choose the "Return" button. 7. Is merchant console a separate system that I have to manage?

Merchant console is a separate interface built to manage and track Buy with Prime orders on your ecommerce site; it’s separate from Seller Central. Although merchant console and Seller Central are both necessary to manage your Buy with Prime business, you can use the Alloy ecommerce apps to sync your Buy with Prime order and customer information with your ecommerce site.
