What web browsers are supported?

For the best experience with the merchant console, use an up-to-date, supported web browser. If you aren’t using the latest two versions from the supported web browsers list, it might be difficult to use the merchant console or some of its features.

The merchant console supports the latest two versions of the following web browsers:

Note: If you’re having trouble with the merchant console, check to make sure that your operating system supports the latest two versions of the supported web browsers. If it doesn’t, try updating your web browser to the latest version.
