Sign in and sign out of your account, change your profile settings, and unlink your Seller Central account

Sign in to Buy with Prime

You can sign in to Buy with Prime from two places.
Click the + to show the steps for signing in to Buy with Prime:

Sign out of Buy with Prime

You can sign out of and back into your account at any time. To sign out of your account:

  • From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select Sign out.
    Find the sign out option at the top right of your screen.

Change your Buy with Prime profile settings

The steps to change your profile settings are based on the date when you created your Buy with Prime account.
Note: You don’t need to remember when you created your account to continue with this step, but the screen looks different based on the date.

Account for Buy with Prime created before 4/30/2024

If you created an account before 4/30/2024, follow these steps:

  1. Open the merchant console.
  2. To update your settings, choose Settings, and then Account details.
    1. To edit your name, go to the User details tab, and then choose Edit.
    2. To change your password, go to the Security tab, choose Change Password, and then a code will be sent to your email address to verify your identity. Enter the code in the verification window, choose Next, and then you can enter the current and new password (twice) to change password, and then choose Change password.
    3. To activate Two-step verification, go to the Security tab, choose Set up two-step verification, download an authenticator app and choose Next. Then add Buy with Prime to the authenticator app by scanning the QR code or entering the information manually, and choose Next. Enter the one-time, six-digit code generated in the authenticator app, choose Verify, and two-step verification will be activated.

Account for Buy with Prime created after 4/29/2024

If you created an account after 4/29/2024, using your Amazon account, follow these steps:

  1. Open the merchant console.
  2. To update the profile settings, choose Settings, and then User Profile.
  3. To update your account information, select Edit and then Save changes.
  4. To activate 2-step verification, choose Turn on. Select Get started and select Phone number or Authenticator App. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  5. To add a mobile number, choose Add. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. To add a passkey, select Set up. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  7. After you’ve completed all your updates, select Done.

Unlink your Seller Central account

Important: Before requesting to unlink Seller Central, remove the Buy with Prime button from the products by deselecting the Offer Prime toggle for all products in your Buy with Prime catalog so that no more orders can be placed. After the unlinking process begins, you can’t offer Buy with Prime on your site unless you link your Seller Central account again.

To unlink your Seller Central account, contact merchant support.

Note: The number of days for your request to unlink your Seller Central account to be completed can vary. If you have any pending Buy with Prime orders, the unlinking process doesn’t begin until all Buy with Prime orders are outside of their respective return windows.
