To view an account overview of your businesses and sales channels:
- Sign in to Buy with Prime.
- From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select See account overview.
- You can view all the businesses and sales channel that you have access to, both owned and shared.
To view details of your sales channel:
- Sign in to Buy with Prime.
In the nested selection screen that appears, select the business, and then sales channel that you want to access.
Your selected sales channel loads.
To add Buy with Prime to a new sales channel in a new business:
- Sign in to Buy with Prime.
- From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, choose See account overview.
- On the Account overview page, under Grow your sales channels, choose Add sales channel.
- Follow the onboarding prompts, and choose to set up a new business as an owner. This allows you to set up new business settings (legal name, address) and team permissions.
To add Buy with Prime to a new sales channel in an existing business:
- Sign in to Buy with Prime.
- From the drop-down menu in the top-right corner, select See account overview.
- On the Account overview page, under Grow your sales channels, choose Add sales channel.
- Follow the onboarding prompts, and choose the business to which you want to add the sales channel. This uses the same business settings (legal name, address) and team permissions as the selected business.
Manage business details
To edit your username:
- On the Account overview page, choose the User profile tab. Or click on the person icon in the top right corner, and then select User profile. Your User profile page appears in a new tab.
- On the User details tab, choose Edit to change or update your name.
- Choose Save.
To edit your password:
- On the Account overview page, choose the Security tab.
- Choose Change password.
- Choose Save.
To set up two-step verification:
- On the Account overview page, choose the Security tab.
- Choose Set up two-step verification.
- Choose Save.
To edit your business details:
- Sign in to Buy with Prime.
- From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select See account overview.
- Choose Manage settings for the business that you want to edit.
- Choose Edit. You can edit business details, including your business type, legal business name, registered business address, or business phone number.
- Choose Save.
