    Manage and grow all your sales channels using Buy with Prime with a single sign-in. We now provide a streamlined account overview for you to access, view, and manage multiple businesses, and multiple sales channels, such as the Buy with Prime button and Buy with Prime app for Shopify, with enhanced navigation.

  • How do I view and manage my businesses and sales channels?

    To view an account overview of your businesses and sales channels:

    Step 1Sign in to Buy with Prime.

    Step 2From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select See account overview.

    Step 3You can view all of the businesses and sales channel that you have access to, both owned and shared.

     

    To view details of your sales channel:

    Step 1Sign in to Buy with Prime.

    Step 2In the nested selection screen that appears, select the business, and then sales channel that you want to access. Your selected sales channel loads.

     

    To add Buy with Prime to a new sales channel in a new business:

    Step 1Sign in to Buy with Prime.

    Step 2From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, choose See account overview.

    Step 3On the Account overview page, under Grow your sales channels, choose Add sales channel.

    Step 4Follow the onboarding prompts, and choose to set up a new business as an owner. This allows you to set up new business settings (legal name, address) and team permissions.

     

    To add Buy with Prime to a new sales channel in an existing business:

    Step 1Sign in to Buy with Prime.

    Step 2From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select See account overview.

    Step 3On the Account overview page, under Grow your sales channels, choose Add sales channel.

    Step 4Follow the onboarding prompts, and choose the business you want to add the sales channel to. This uses the same business settings (legal name, address) and team permissions as the selected business.

     

  • How do I manage business, team and user details?

    To edit your username:

    Step 1On the Account overview page, choose the User profile tab. Or click on the person icon in the top right corner, and then select User profile. Your User profile page appears in a new tab.

    Step 2On the User details tab, choose Edit to change or update your name.

    Step 3Choose Save.

     

    To edit your password:

    Step 1On the Account overview page, choose the Security tab.

    Step 2Choose Change password.

    Step 3Choose Save.

     

    To set up two-step verification:

    Step 1On the Account overview page, choose the Security tab.

    Step 2Choose Set up two-step verification.

    Step 3Choose Save.

     

    To edit your business details:

    Step 1Sign in to Buy with Prime.

    Step 2From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select See account overview.

    Step 3Choose Manage settings for the business that you want to edit.

    Step 4Choose Edit. You can edit business details, including your business type, legal business name, registered business address, or business phone number.

    Step 5Choose Save.

     

    To add a user to your team:

    Step 1Sign in to Buy with Prime.

    Step 2From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select See account overview.

    Step 3Choose Manage settings for the business that you want to edit.

    Step 4Choose the Team tab.

    Step 5Choose Add user to give permissions to a new person to access your account and selling channels.

    Step 6Complete the form.

    Step 7Choose Save.

     

    To remove a user from your team:

    Step 1Sign in to Buy with Prime.

    Step 2From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select See account overview.

    Step 3Choose Manage settings for the business that you want to edit.

    Step 4Choose the Team tab.

    Step 5Choose the trash can icon next to the user that you want to remove.

    Step 6Choose Confirm.

     

    To change a user role or permissions:

    Step 1Sign in to Buy with Prime.

    Step 2From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select See account overview.

    Step 3Choose Manage settings for the business that you want to edit.

    Step 4Choose the Team tab.

    Step 5Choose Edit next to the user that you want to edit.

    Step 6Choose (i) to learn more about the different roles and their permissions.

    Step 7From the Role drop-down menu, select the new role.

    Step 8Choose Edit user to update the user role.

     

    To consolidate your access

    If you have multiple user profiles or logins, you can consolidate access to all your businesses and sales channels through a single user profile by performing the following steps:

    Step 1Choose the user profile that you want to use as your primary or main profile.

    Step 2Sign in to merchant console using your other user profile credentials.

    Step 3From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select See account overview.

    Step 4Choose Manage settings for the business that you want to provide access to.

    Step 5Choose the Team tab.

    Step 6Choose Add a user, and then enter the email address associated with your chosen primary user profile.

    Step 7From the Role drop-down menu, select Admin.

    Step 8Choose Add User.

    You receive an email with an invitation to sign in to merchant console.

    Step 9Follow the prompts to accept the invite.

    Step 10Sign in to merchant console using your chosen primary user profile.

    Step 11From the drop-down menu in the top right corner, select See account overview.

    Step 12Review and confirm the changes. Your primary user profile should have Shared access to the business and the sales channels that offer Buy with Prime on eligible products.

    Step 13To navigate and switch between sales channels, select the sales channel you want to use.

  • Integrated account overview FAQ

    Get answers to common questions about the integrated account overview.

    • No, you don’t need to create a new account with username and password. Your existing email and password continue to work to sign in to the integrated merchant console.

    • No, all Buy with Prime merchants automatically see the account overview and their businesses, as applicable.

    • Sign in to the merchant console with your existing username and password. To load the Buy with Prime account overview, from the drop-down menu, choose See account overview. Alternatively, go to console.buywithprime.amazon.com/account, and sign in for direct access to your account overview page.

    • A business is the business entity that offers Buy with Prime across one or more of its ecommerce sales channels. Each business has unique details (type, legal name, registered address, and phone number) and team members and permissions. A sales channel is the ecommerce channel where you sell products that offer Buy with Prime as a checkout option. An integration is the technical solution that makes it possible for your shoppers to check out using Buy with Prime on different sales channels. For example, you can use the Buy with Prime button (integration) on your ecommerce site (sales channel) to offer Buy with Prime on eligible products.

    • You can see all of your businesses and sales channels where you offer Buy with Prime on the account overview page. Choose the sales channel name that you want to view in merchant console.

    • To get started, on your account overview page, under Grow your sales channels, choose Add sales channel. You can add Buy with Prime to another site through a guided setup.

    • There’s no additional cost to set up Buy with Prime for another site. You’re only charged when a shopper completes an order using Buy with Prime. Learn more about Buy with Prime pricing.

    • The two differences are the ability to: 1) set up new business entity details; and 2) define or separate team management roles and permissions.
      You can set up Buy with Prime for a new sales channel under an existing business, which uses the existing business settings (business type, legal business name, registered business address, and business phone number), and existing team management and permissions for the new sales channel. Users added to a business have access to all sales channels that are part of your business. Alternatively, you can set up a sales channel under a new business, which allows you to set up new business details and define team management and permissions to access the new sales channel.

    • Yes, each business can only host up to six sales channels that offer Buy with Prime. If you want to manage additional sales channels, you need to create a new business.

    • Yes, you can only own up to six businesses in one account. If you want to add more businesses, you need to create another account.

    • Yes, there’s no limit to the number of businesses that you can have shared access to. Each business that you’re invited to shows in your account overview and displays as “Shared with me.”

    • You can consolidate access to all your businesses and sales channels through a single user profile or login by performing the steps listed in To consolidate your access.
