If you’re using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for reporting or order management on your Shopify store, Buy with Prime orders might not automatically import into your ERP system. To set up rules to import Buy with Prime orders into your ERP system, use any of the following identifiers for a Buy with Prime order:
- “Buy with Prime” as fulfillment order location.
- “Prime Free Shipping” as shipping speed name or as shipping method.
- Buy with Prime’s Location ID.
Locate your Buy with Prime Location ID
To find your unique Buy with Prime Location ID, follow these steps:
- Open your Shopify Admin.
- Go to Settings, and then choose Location.
- Copy the URL.
- Append ".json” to the end of the URL to create a new one. For example, https://admin.shopify.com/store/your-store/settings/locations.json.
- Enter the new URL in your browser and press enter. You will see the .json code.
You can see the Location ID next to Buy with Prime in the .json code.
Locate Buy with Prime orders in Seller Central using a Shopify Order ID
Amazon Seller Central currently doesn’t display Shopify order ID for Buy with Prime orders placed through the Buy with Prime app for Shopify. To search for an order placed through the Buy with Prime app for Shopify in Seller Central using your Shopify Order ID, follow these steps:
- Open your Shopify Admin, and then choose Orders.
- Locate the Buy with Prime Order ID for the relevant Shopify Order ID. For example, “322-xxxx-xxxxxxx”.
- Copy the Buy with Prime Order ID.
- Open your Seller Central, and then choose Orders.
- Choose Manage Transactions.
- Use Buy with Prime Order ID from Step 3 to find the relevant Shopify order.
